Crown Limo Service Dallas maintains rules for alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking, intoxication, and passenger conduct during chauffeured transportation. These rules apply to passengers using our sedans, SUVs, limousines, Sprinter vans, party buses, and other chauffeured vehicles.
This policy applies to transportation provided across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the DFW Metroplex.
Illegal drugs are not permitted in our vehicles.
Passengers may not possess, use, distribute, sell, or transport illegal drugs during a reservation. A chauffeur may stop or refuse service if illegal drug activity is suspected or observed.
The customer who booked the vehicle is responsible for informing members of the group about these rules.
Prescription medication may be carried for lawful personal use. Passengers are responsible for keeping medication in their possession and following applicable laws.
Alcohol possession and consumption are subject to Texas law, local requirements, passenger age, vehicle type, and the circumstances of the reservation.
Crown Limo Service Dallas does not give passengers permission to consume or possess alcohol where doing so would violate applicable law.
Alcohol may be prohibited for a particular reservation or vehicle even when passengers are of legal drinking age.
Passengers must follow instructions from the chauffeur concerning alcohol use inside the vehicle.
Passengers under the legal drinking age may not possess or consume alcohol in our vehicles.
A passenger who provides alcohol to an underage person may have the trip stopped.
The person making the reservation is responsible for making the group’s age-related requirements known when alcohol is expected to be present.
We may request proof of age where needed. Acceptable identification must be valid and issued by an appropriate government authority.
Alcohol is not permitted for consumption by minors during prom, school, youth, or other transportation involving passengers who are below the legal drinking age.
A parent, guardian, organizer, or person making a reservation for minors is responsible for giving accurate information about the passengers and nature of the trip.
Possession or use of illegal drugs by a minor may result in termination of transportation and may be reported when required by law or necessary for safety.
A chauffeur may refuse to begin or continue transportation when a passenger’s level of intoxication creates a safety problem.
This may include behavior such as:
Booking transportation does not require a chauffeur to transport a person whose conduct makes the trip unsafe.
Passengers must not distract, threaten, touch, obstruct, or interfere with a chauffeur while the vehicle is being operated.
Passengers may not pressure a chauffeur to violate traffic laws, parking restrictions, passenger limits, alcohol laws, or other legal requirements.
The chauffeur may stop at a safe location and end service when passenger behavior prevents safe operation of the vehicle.
Smoking may be prohibited in Crown Limo Service Dallas vehicles under Company rules and applicable law.
Where smoking is prohibited, the restriction includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, and similar smoking or vapor products.
Passengers who smoke or vape in a prohibited vehicle may be charged for cleaning, deodorizing, burns, stains, or other damage caused during the reservation.
Passengers may not use marijuana or cannabis products inside our vehicles where possession or use is prohibited by applicable law.
A reservation does not create an exception to state or local drug laws.
The same rule applies to cannabis products brought into the vehicle in a manner prohibited by law.
Open-container rules can depend on the vehicle, passenger area, location, and applicable law.
Passengers are responsible for complying with open-container and alcohol-possession laws that apply to their trip.
The chauffeur may require an alcoholic beverage to be removed, closed, stored, or disposed of when its presence or use would violate applicable law or Company rules.
The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the conduct of passengers included in the booking.

A group reservation does not transfer responsibility for illegal conduct to Crown Limo Service Dallas.
Crown Limo Service Dallas may refuse, suspend, or terminate transportation when passenger conduct creates a safety risk or involves suspected illegal activity.
Service may be stopped for:
If a trip is terminated because of passenger conduct, the customer may remain responsible for charges due under the reservation terms. Termination for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Passengers are responsible for damage or abnormal cleaning caused during their reservation.

Any charge will be handled under the cleaning, damage, payment, and authorization terms applicable to the reservation.
Passengers remain responsible for alcohol, medication, bags, containers, and other personal property brought into a vehicle.
Do not leave medication, alcohol, or other restricted items in a vehicle after a trip.
Items found after service may be handled under our lost-property rules. We do not guarantee recovery of property left behind.
Crown Limo Service Dallas may cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities when required by law.
We may contact emergency services or law enforcement when passenger conduct presents an immediate safety concern, suspected criminal activity requires a response, or circumstances make outside assistance necessary.
Nothing in this policy requires a chauffeur or Company representative to place themselves or another person at risk.
If a passenger becomes unconscious, seriously ill, injured, or appears to require urgent medical attention, the chauffeur or dispatch team may contact emergency services.
Our transportation services are not a substitute for an ambulance, emergency medical transportation, or medical supervision.
Passengers requiring emergency medical care should contact the appropriate emergency service.
A passenger removed from a vehicle or a trip terminated for violating this policy does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Any remaining payment obligation, refund, cleaning charge, damage charge, or other amount will be handled under the confirmed reservation terms and our Terms & Conditions.
